All shipping charges are customer’s responsibility. No free shipping is offered in this site.
We are not responsible for any damages that may occur to the order in transit to its destination. We will ship every product in a safely way, protecting all items from damage and we’ll do our best so you are completely satisfied with the final product you receive, but we can’t predict how shipping companies handle packages.
Depending on your order, you may receive a personalized timeline with an estimated shipping date, upon request. Any estimated delivery date provided for your order is carrier’s responsibility.
We offer two options for shipping by default: USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail. For any additional option, please contact us prior placing your order to work on the necessary arrangements.
Production times vary depending on the size of your order, date, and type of product. Please refer to private communication for an accurate timeline of your specific project.
All of our orders include a tracking number for your convenience.
We are not responsible for any delays on delivery times, including but not limited to weather, that occur once your order has shipped.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments, nor are we required to refund orders lost in the mail. However, if an item is not delivered by the carrier, please get in contact within 15 days of the originally scheduled delivery date to work together on a solution. Any decisions regarding whether or not to replace a lost item are within our sole discretion, upon timely notice.
We do not process or ship international orders.

Returns
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products (samples or made to order printed items) we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds.
All retainers for final stationery orders are non-refundable.
Regarding customization, once artwork, colors of materials and finishes are approved, they can’t be subject of modifications and no refunds or returns can be also made at that point.
Digital items can’t be returned or refunded.
